WHAT ARE COOKIES?

COOKIES USED AND THEIR PURPOSES

    These first-party session cookies allow users safe and efficient navigation and use of the site (management of the navigation session).

MANAGEMENT OF COOKIE PREFERENCES

Consent to cookie use is registered with a “technical cookie.”

Below are the ways to do this on the principal browsers:

  • Internet Explorer

    • Click on the  “Tools” button, then on “Internet Options”;
    • Select the “Privacy” area and move the cursor to the privacy level you wish to set (towards the top to block all cookies or towards the bottom to allow them all);
    • Then click “OK”.
  • Google Chrome
    • Open Google Chrome;
    • Click on the  “Tools” button, then on “Internet Options”;
    • Select “Settings” and then “Advanced Settings”;
    • Select “Content Settings” under the category “Privacy”;
    • In the “Cookies” area, it’s possible to disable cookies and save your preferences
  • Firefox
    • Open Firefox;
    • Press the “Alt” button on the keyboard;
    • On the toolbar located in the upper part of the browser, select “Tools” and then “Options”;
    • Then select the “Privacy” area;
    • Go to “Chronology Settings” and then to “Use Personalised Settings”;
    • Deselect “Accept Cookies from Websites” and save your preferences.
  • Opera
    • Open Opera;
    • Click on “Settings” on the browser menu and select “Settings”;
    • Select “Quick Preferences”;
    • Deselect “Enable Cookies”.
  • Safari
    • Open Safari;
    • Choose “Preferences” on the tool bar, then select the “Security” panel in the following dialogue window;
    • In the section “Accept Cookies” it’s possible to specify if and when Safari should save cookies from websites. For more information click on the “Help” button (identified by a question mark);
    • For more information on the cookies that are memorised on your computer, click on “Show Cookies”.

However, after performing these operations, some functions of the web pages may not work correctly.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The data may be processed by employees of the company functions selected for the pursuance of the abovementioned ends, who have been expressly authorised to do the processing and have received adequate operating instructions.
Such data may also be processed by companies we trust who perform for us tasks of a technical or organisational nature. These companies are our direct collaborators and hold the role of data processors.
In particular, in the scope of the data processing carried out through the website, Skyway Monte Bianco has appointed external data processors concerning the management and technical maintenance of the site.
The list of their names is constantly updated and available upon request by sending an e-mail to the address indicated below, or to favre@dffavvocat.eu.
The data gathered using cookies are not passed on to third parties.

 

Transfer of data outside the European Union

Transferring personal data outside of the European Union is not envisaged.

 

Rights of interested parties – Complaint to the oversight authority

By sending an email to favre@dffavvocat.eu, interested parties can ask the data controller for access to the data concerning them, their erasure, the rectification of imprecise data, the completion of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR, or refuse the processing in the hypothesis of a legitimate interest.
Moreover, if the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out with automated tools, interested parties have the right to receive the data in a structured format of common use and readable by automatic device, as well as, if technically viable, to transmit them to another controller without impediment.
Interested parties have the right to revoke their consent at any moment for the purposes of marketing and/or profiling, as well as to refuse data processing for marketing ends, including the profiling connected to direct marketing.
Interested parties have the right to make a complaint to the competent oversight authority in the EU member state where they habitually reside or work, or where the presumed violation occurred.
