Transferring personal data outside of the European Union is not envisaged.
Rights of interested parties – Complaint to the oversight authority
By sending an email to email@example.com, interested parties can ask the data controller for access to the data concerning them, their erasure, the rectification of imprecise data, the completion of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR, or refuse the processing in the hypothesis of a legitimate interest.
Moreover, if the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out with automated tools, interested parties have the right to receive the data in a structured format of common use and readable by automatic device, as well as, if technically viable, to transmit them to another controller without impediment.
Interested parties have the right to revoke their consent at any moment for the purposes of marketing and/or profiling, as well as to refuse data processing for marketing ends, including the profiling connected to direct marketing.
Interested parties have the right to make a complaint to the competent oversight authority in the EU member state where they habitually reside or work, or where the presumed violation occurred.
