And starting this winter season, the food offering at Pavillon/The Mountain is even more extensive. Opening its doors is the Wood*ing Bar, created by the Wood*ing – Wild Food lab, the laboratory of scientific research in the use of wild food sources for human nourishment.
A brand-new “healthy bar” format, through the use of innovative and healthy techniques and ingredients to offer ideal drinks, snacks and dishes for a wide-ranging, sporting and curious public that loves nature and healthy living. An assortment of products prepared from raw materials representative of the mountains and local wild ingredients.
Finally, at Punta Helbronner/The Sky, a food experience at the Bistrot Panoramic is like eating on a cloud, seated between earth and sky. Below – the last meters of the mountain, above – the lightness of absolute air. A place where each and every flavour becomes fuller yet lighter at the same time.
